Megan does such a great job at ensuring your not only comfortable, but fully aware of what to expect. I went to see Megan after she reached out to me after seeing a review I posted about a botched Botox job at another med spa. I was very apprehensive about getting Botox again for fear of another mistake making me look terrible! Megan was confident she could help correct the issue and I am so glad I went to her! She is very knowledgeable, informative & made me feel completely comfortable since I was anxious to get anymore Botox. Within a few days the issue was resolved and I was so relieved to look like myself again! The facility is nice and clean! She even had me schedule a followup to make sure everything is up to par. Such a professional and knowledgeable team at Serendipity! Starting with walking in the door they always make you feel welcome. Place is super clean and very beautiful inside. They have multiple rooms for different services. This was my first Botox party to host here at this location, and they were very accommodating of all 15 ladies that attended. We had some ladies who were giving Botox a try for the first time and Megan H. Was able to make them feel comfortable and consult with them on the places she recommended Botox. Everyone was very happy with the services provided by the Serendipity team and they were able to offer laser hair removal to my self and a few others along with doing filler. Would highly recommend them for your next spa day or even hosting your next Botox party!
